Director's Statement

For millennia, cats have observed dogs in silence.

As of today, the Agency has authorised a limited programme of public dispatches. Findings will be published under the banner of The Cat's Intelligence.

The first dispatches are being prepared. In the interim, this station will remain quiet — but the cats are, of course, not.
