Is there a free trial?

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Start with Starter as a solo walker, move to Walker when you grow your team, or jump to Boarder when you add boarding services. Your data, clients, and bookings all carry over seamlessly — no re-entry required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there are no lock-in contracts. Cancel your subscription at any time and you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains available if you decide to come back.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer.

What's the difference between Starter and Walker?

Starter is designed for solo dog walkers — one staff account plus the owner and up to 25 clients with everything you need to run professionally. Walker removes those limits, adds unlimited multi-staff support, advanced analytics, custom branding, and priority support — perfect when your business starts growing.

What's the difference between Walker and Boarder?

Walker is for dog walking businesses — it includes unlimited clients and staff, walking compliance tools, incident reporting, and capacity management. Boarder is for boarding and daycare businesses — it adds licence capacity management, meet & greet booking flows, the full DEFRA compliance module, daily welfare logs, inspection-ready records, and staff training vault with CPD tracking.

Do my clients pay anything to use the platform?

Your clients get completely free access to their portal — they can view bookings, receive Pupdates™, use PupBook social wall, message you, and manage their pet profiles at no cost. When they pay for services online, a small transparent platform fee is added. Your business always receives the exact amount invoiced.

What are Pupdates™ and PupBook?

Pupdates™ are real-time care updates with photos that you send to clients during walks or boarding stays — keeping pet owners connected and reassured. PupBook is our built-in social wall where clients can see posts, react, comment, and share moments from their pets' adventures. Both features are included on every plan.

Does the platform include messaging?

Yes! Every plan includes a built-in messaging system. You can communicate directly with clients and staff without switching to external apps like WhatsApp or email. Messages are stored securely and accessible from your dashboard.

Can my clients book and pay online?

Yes, all plans include online booking and payment capabilities. Clients can book walks, boarding, or daycare through their portal, and pay securely via Stripe. You can also record manual payments and generate invoices with PDF export.

What is DEFRA compliance and do I need it?

If you board or provide day care for dogs in England, you need a licence from your local council under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. DEFRA sets the standards inspectors check — covering welfare, housing, disease control, record-keeping and staff training. Our Boarder and Pro plans include a full DEFRA compliance module with daily welfare logs, incident records, medication tracking, cleaning schedules, fire safety checklists, risk assessments, insurance document storage, and an inspection-ready Training Vault so you're always prepared when your inspector visits.

Is my data secure?

We use Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit, automatic backups, and GDPR-compliant data handling. All payment processing goes through Stripe — we never store card details on our servers.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes! MyPetSitter is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works beautifully on any device. Install it on your phone's home screen for an app-like experience with push notifications — no app store download needed. Every plan includes the mobile-friendly dashboard.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, you can save up to 20% by switching to annual billing. Toggle the Monthly/Annual switch at the top of this page to see the discounted prices. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
