Director's Statement: The Ecosystem

LONDON. Filed by the Chief of Station.

For a long time, the pet-care industry has been served by tools that address one role at a time. A booking app for the client. A rota tool for the staff. A separate invoice system for the business. A spreadsheet for the compliance. And, if the operator is ambitious, three WhatsApp groups.

This is not a system. This is a filing cabinet with several fires in it.

The Agency has, therefore, authorised a different approach.

The business owner sees the whole operation. Their staff see only what they need to. Their clients see their own dogs, their own bookings, their own invoices. Nothing more.

Beyond a single business, the platform hosts a community layer — the Directory, the Parks, the shared feed — where independent businesses and their clients can coordinate, refer, and, occasionally, meet the other dogs.

The Agency does not consider this a marketing feature. It considers it structural.
