Control who has admin access to your dashboard

What are Admin Users?

Admin users have full access to your business dashboard — they can manage bookings, clients, policies, invoices, settings, and more. Only grant admin access to people you trust with your entire business operation.

How admin access works

Admin access is managed per-client. You promote or demote users from the Clients page.

Grant access

Go to Clients → expand a client → click "Make Admin". They will immediately see the full admin dashboard on their next login.

Remove access

Go to Clients → expand an admin client → click "Remove Admin". They return to the standard client view.

Multiple admins

You can have as many admins as needed — useful for business partners or senior staff.

Settings page view

The Admin Users section in Settings provides a read-only list of everyone who currently has admin access.

Tips

Only grant admin access to people who need full dashboard control — not standard staff members.

Review your admin list regularly. Remove access for anyone who has left the business.

Admins can see all client data, financial records, and settings — treat it like giving someone the keys to your office.

If you need staff to access specific features only (like schedules), consider using the Staff section instead of admin access.
