Not Available Dates
What does this policy do?
Block specific dates when you cannot take any bookings. These dates are shown as unavailable to clients — they cannot book a stay that overlaps with a blocked date. Use this for holidays, personal time, facility maintenance, etc.
How it works
Click dates to block
Toggle individual dates on the calendar — click once to block, click again to unblock
Client visibility
Blocked dates appear greyed out or crossed out on the client booking calendar
Existing bookings
Blocking a date doesn't automatically cancel existing bookings on that date — handle those manually

Tips
Block your holiday dates well in advance so clients can plan around them.
Different from bank holidays — Not Available dates mean absolutely no bookings.
Consider using this alongside daycare restrictions for fine-grained availability control.
