Set your availability for Meet & Greet appointments

What does this policy do?

Configure when Meet & Greet appointments are available. Set which days of the week you offer them, a default available-after time, and add extra specific dates for one-off availability.

How scheduling works

Available weekdays

Select which days of the week you do Meet & Greets (e.g. Mon–Fri only)

Default available-after time

Set the earliest time clients can book a M&G (e.g. "after 10:00 AM")

Extra date slots

Add one-off specific dates for extra availability (e.g. a Saturday open day)

Unavailable mode

Can mark yourself as temporarily unavailable for all Meet & Greets

Tips

Keep Meet & Greet times separate from busy boarding periods so you can give full attention.

Adding extra Saturday dates occasionally makes it easier for working pet owners to visit.

When inactive, Meet & Greet scheduling is disabled entirely.
