Ensure pet medical records are up-to-date before each boarding

What does this policy do?

This policy requires clients to have their pet's medical history form completed a certain number of hours before a booking starts. If the medical history is incomplete or outdated, the booking is flagged.

How the deadline works

You set a time window (in hours) before the booking start time. The client must have a complete, up-to-date medical history form submitted by then.

Required hours

E.g. "48 hours" means the medical form must be done 2 days before check-in

What counts as complete

Vaccinations, allergies, medications, vet details — all fields in the medical history form must be filled
