Boarding Agreement Sections

Add custom sections to your boarding agreement document

What does this policy do?

The boarding agreement is the legal document clients sign before their pet stays with you. This policy lets you add custom sections to that agreement — extra clauses, house rules, specific terms, or anything else you need in writing.

How custom sections work

Add new sections

Create a title and content for each custom section. They appear in the boarding agreement alongside the standard sections.

Target a base section

Choose where in the agreement your custom section appears (e.g. after "Cancellation Policy" or after "Health & Vaccinations")

Active/inactive toggle

Deactivate a section without deleting it — useful for seasonal clauses

Drag to reorder

Change the order of your custom sections

Tips

Common custom sections: "House Rules", "Feeding Special Diets", "Medication Administration", "Photo/Video Policy".

Keep language clear and concise — clients need to read and accept everything.

Review your agreement sections annually and update for any legal or regulatory changes.

The standard agreement already covers 17 base sections — customs add to them, not replace them.
