Your quick guide to getting the most out of your pet care portal. Follow these simple steps and you'll be up and running in minutes.
Create Your Account
Getting started is easy. Your pet care provider will either send you a registration link, or you can sign up directly from their website.
Click "Register" or use your invite link
Enter your name, email & create a password
Verify your email address
Check your inbox for a confirmation email
Sign in to your new account

If your pet care provider has already invited you via email, simply click the link in the email — no need to find the website separately.
Add Your Pet
Once you're signed in, the first thing you'll want to do is add your pet's profile. This helps your carer provide the best possible care.

You can add as many pets as you need. Each pet gets their own profile with:
The more detail you provide, the better care your pet will receive. Don't worry — you can always update these details later.
Complete Your Forms
Your pet care provider may require you to complete some forms before your first booking. These help them understand your pet's needs and keep everyone safe.
Registration Form — Your contact details, emergency contacts & preferences
Pet Health Questionnaire — Medical history, allergies, dietary needs & vet info
Service Agreement — Terms of service & care standards agreement
Vaccination Records — Upload vaccination certificates for your pet
Forms are pre-built by your provider. Simply fill them in, sign digitally where needed, and submit. You'll be able to see which forms are pending from your dashboard.
Complete all required forms before your first booking to avoid any delays. An incomplete form badge will appear on your dashboard until you've submitted everything.
View Your Bookings
Your My Bookings section shows all your upcoming, current, and past bookings in a clear calendar view. You can switch between weekly and monthly views to see everything at a glance.

Buddy
Each booking card shows the service type, dates, your pet's name, and the current status. Tap any booking to see full details including pricing breakdown.
Use the month view to plan ahead and see your pet's schedule at a glance. The weekly view is great for seeing what's coming up soon.

Payments are handled securely through Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Saving your card for automatic payments
You can save a payment method so future invoices are charged automatically — no need to manually pay each time. Look for the "Save Card" option in your payment settings.
What if online payments aren't available?
If your provider hasn't enabled online payments yet, you'll see alternative payment options (bank transfer, cash, etc.) on your invoices. You can always ask your provider to enable card payments for a smoother experience.
Saving a card means you'll never miss a payment. Direct Debit is also supported for UK bank accounts — ask your provider if it's available.

Keep your profile up to date so your carer always has the right information. You can access your settings from the sidebar menu.

Changing your password
Go to Profile → Change Password. You'll need your current password to set a new one. If you've forgotten it, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page.
Enable push notifications to get instant alerts when new bookings are confirmed, invoices are ready, or your provider posts updates about your pet.
Pupbook — Your Pet's Social Feed
Pupbook is like a social media feed just for your pet! Your carer posts photo updates, stories, and moments from your pet's day — so you never miss a thing.

You can react with ❤️, leave comments, and view full-screen photos and videos. It's the best way to stay connected with your pet while they're in care.
Think of Pupbook as Instagram for your pet. Your carer can post multiple photos per update, and you'll get a notification every time there's something new to see!
Pupdates — Daily Care Logs
Pupdates are detailed activity logs that your carer fills in throughout the day. They record everything from walks and meals to potty breaks and nap times.
