Getting Started
For pet owners: your quick guide to your pet care provider's portal. Follow these simple steps and you'll be up and running in minutes.
Create Your Account
Getting started is easy. Your pet care provider will either email you an invitation, or you can register yourself from their sign-in page.
Choose "Register as a New Client" or open your invitation
Enter your details & create a password
Add your pet, then review & submit
Your provider chooses which details they ask for
Sign in to your new account
Your provider may arrange a Meet & Greet first

If your pet care provider has already invited you by email, simply click the link in the email and set your password there — no need to find the website separately.
Add Your Pet
If you registered yourself, your first pet is usually already added. If you were invited and your pet isn't listed yet, use Add Pet on your dashboard. You'll find them all under My Pets. This helps your carer provide the best possible care.

You can add as many pets as you need. Each pet gets their own profile with:
The more detail you provide, the better care your pet will receive. Don't worry — you can always update these details later. Some providers ask for a little more, such as whether your dog may go off lead, or keep a feeding plan you can read under My Pets; that depends on your provider.
Complete Your Forms
Your pet care provider may ask you to complete some forms before your pet's first time in their care. Which forms depends on your provider and the services you use. These help them understand your pet's needs and keep everyone safe.
Emergency Contact Form — Who to call if your provider can't reach you
Vet Release Form — Your permission for veterinary care if your pet needs it
Service Agreement — The terms for the service you use
Policies & Procedures — How your provider works, for you to read and complete
Forms are pre-built by your provider. Simply fill them in, sign digitally where needed, and submit. The Forms page lists what's left under Action Required, and each form can be downloaded as a PDF once it's completed.
Each form only needs to be completed once. Medical History is different: some providers ask for it again for a booking that starts soon, so it has its own section on the Forms page.
Book & View Your Bookings
To book, choose New Booking on your dashboard. Your My Bookings section then shows your upcoming, current, and past bookings, so you can see everything at a glance.

Each booking card shows the service type, dates, your pet's name, and the current status. Tap any booking to see full details, including the price.
A new booking may show as Pending until your provider confirms it. If you're offered Pay Now and take it, paying confirms your request.
Payments & Invoices
Payments are handled securely through Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Saving your card for automatic payments
You can save a card so future invoices are charged automatically — no need to manually pay each time. Look for Settings → Auto-Pay, which appears when your provider takes card payments.
Some providers ask for payment before the service
If yours does, you'll see what's due and when before you confirm the booking, instead of a later invoice. Your receipts are under Invoicing.
What if online payments aren't available?
If your provider doesn't take card payments online, ask them how they'd like to be paid; many take a bank transfer or cash.
Auto-Pay means you don't have to remember each invoice, and you can turn it off again in Settings.

Keep your profile up to date so your carer always has the right information. You'll find everything under Settings in your menu.

Changing your password
Go to Settings → Security. You'll need your current password to set a new one. If you've forgotten it, use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page.
Enable push notifications to get instant alerts when new bookings are confirmed, invoices are ready, or your provider posts updates about your pet.
PupBook — Your Pet's Social Feed
PupBook is a social feed just for your pet! Your carer posts photo updates, stories, and moments from your pet's day — so you never miss a thing.

You can react with ❤️ and more, leave comments, and view full-screen photos and videos. It's the best way to stay connected with your pet while they're in care.
Your carer can post multiple photos per update, and a badge on PupBook shows you when there's something new to see!
Pupdates — Daily Care Logs
Pupdates are detailed activity logs that your carer fills in throughout the day. They record everything from walks and meals to potty breaks and nap times.

Pupdates are different from PupBook — think of Pupdates as the factual care log (what happened and when), and PupBook as the fun social feed (photos, stories, and moments).
